1. Binding Agreement

2. Handcrafted Production & Timing

  • All jewelry is meticulously handcrafted.
  • Processing Time: 14–20 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) before shipment.
  • No cancellations after production begins (typically 24 hours after order placement).

3. Product Information

  • Natural Pearls: Variations in color, shape, or surface texture are inherent to organic materials and not defects.
  • Photography: Product images may differ slightly due to screen settings or handmade variations.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Currency: All transactions are in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars).
  • Payment: Processed securely via third-party gateways.
  • Order Confirmation: Binding once payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production + Shipping Timeline: Handcrafting (14–20 business days) + shipping (3–7 business days).
  • Shipping Carrier: Delays by carriers are beyond our control.
  • Risk Transfer: Responsibility passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns/Refunds

  • Governed solely by our [Return Policy]. Not covered in these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content are owned by 6pm salt. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 6pm salt is not liable for:
    • Delays due to handcrafting or carrier issues.
    • Natural variations in pearls or gold.
    • Damage from wear, accidents, or improper care.
  • Maximum liability = product’s purchase price.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Negotiation First: Email disputes to 6pmsalt@gmail.com within 30 days.
  • Governing Law: Laws of Hong Kong SAR.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
