1. Processing Time

  • All jewelry is handcrafted to order.
  • Production takes 14–20 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays) before shipment.
  • Orders are processed in sequence – rush requests cannot be accommodated.

2. Shipping Timeline & Carriers

  • After production, items ship via:
    • Local (Hong Kong): SF Express (1–3 business days).
    • International:
      • DHL/FedEx (3–7 business days).
      • Standard Post (7–21 business days, tracking varies).
  • Total Timeline: Production (14–20 days) + Shipping = Approx. 3–4 weeks total.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Local HK: Free shipping.
  • International: Calculated at checkout (based on weight/destination).
  • Duties/Taxes: Int’l customers pay all customs fees. We declare full value.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once shipped.
  • Delays by carriers (weather, customs, strikes) are beyond our control.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees apply.

6. Damaged/Lost Packages

  • Immediately email us at 6pmsalt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damaged item + packaging
  • We’ll file a claim with the carrier and replace/refund the item.

7. No Cancellations After Production

  • Orders cannot be canceled/changed 24 hours after placement (production begins quickly).
